ContextAgthia Group is a major Abu Dhabi-based food and beverage company with a portfolio of consumer and business brands spanning water, beverages, food and agricultural products.
Established in the UAE in 2004, the Group had developed a diverse portfolio of businesses and brands serving customers and consumers across the UAE and wider international markets.
As the organisation evolved, Agthia needed a stronger corporate brand capable of creating greater clarity around what the Group stood for, connecting its diverse portfolio and providing a more consistent platform for engaging employees, customers, partners and other stakeholders.

ChallengeAgthia's scale and portfolio diversity created a strategic branding challenge.
The Group needed a clear and differentiated corporate proposition that could sit above individual product and business brands while providing a meaningful expression of Agthia's broader role and ambition.
The challenge extended beyond positioning. Agthia required a coherent corporate value proposition, purpose, values, mission and vision, together with a visual and verbal identity capable of expressing these consistently across different audiences, cultures and touchpoints.
With communications operating in both Arabic and English, the resulting system also needed to provide rigorous guidance for maintaining consistency across languages and markets.

SolutionWorking closely with Agthia's leadership team, Aeron developed a strategic corporate brand platform centred on the proposition:
For Wholehearted Living
The proposition provided a unifying idea for the Group, connecting Agthia's portfolio with a broader commitment to the role its products and businesses play in people's everyday lives.
From this strategic foundation, Aeron developed Agthia's corporate value proposition, corporate values, mission, vision and positioning statements, creating greater clarity around the organisation's purpose, culture and future direction.
The strategy was then translated into a refreshed visual and verbal identity system, including tone of voice and applications across corporate communications, brand environments, products, services and other stakeholder touchpoints.
To support consistent implementation, Aeron developed comprehensive English and Arabic brand guidelines, providing internal teams and external partners with a practical framework for managing the corporate brand. These guidelines were subsequently evolved and enhanced to respond to changing market, communications and social requirements.

ResultThe engagement provided Agthia with a clearer and more coherent corporate brand platform capable of connecting strategy, culture and communications across the organisation.
“For Wholehearted Living” created a unifying proposition supported by clearly articulated corporate values, mission and vision, while the refreshed visual and verbal identity provided a consistent expression of the Agthia brand across multiple stakeholder touchpoints.
The bilingual brand guidelines established a framework for ongoing governance and implementation, helping the organisation maintain greater consistency as the business and portfolio continued to evolve.
The relationship also extended into work across a number of Agthia's individual businesses and consumer brands, supporting brand strategy, innovation, packaging and customer experience across the wider portfolio.
