ContextGate One is a specialist management consultancy focused on helping organisations accelerate successful business transformation through portfolio, programme and project delivery.
Built around experienced consultants working alongside client teams, the business had established a strong reputation for delivering complex transformation programmes. As the consultancy continued to grow, it recognised the opportunity to develop a clearer market position and a more distinctive brand capable of expressing its culture, expertise and approach.

ChallengeThe challenge was to articulate what made Gate One different within a highly competitive consulting market.
The business needed a stronger strategic proposition that reflected its collaborative working style, entrepreneurial culture and practical approach to transformation, while distinguishing the consultancy from larger global firms.
The new brand also needed to create consistency across internal engagement, client communications and digital channels as the organisation entered its next phase of growth.

SolutionWorking closely with the Gate One leadership team, Aeron developed a comprehensive brand strategy, positioning and identity system designed to reflect the consultancy's distinctive approach to business transformation.
The engagement defined Gate One's purpose as co-piloting the reinvention of some of the world's most interesting and influential organisations, positioning the business as a collective of experienced consultants united by a belief that transformation should be delivered with greater collaboration, agility and lasting impact.
This strategic foundation informed a refreshed visual and verbal identity centred on the Ripple symbol, representing the multiplying effect of successful business transformation and the long-term value created through close partnership with clients. The identity system extended across colour, typography, messaging and digital applications, creating a coherent expression of the firm's culture, values and ambition.
To support implementation, Aeron developed comprehensive brand guidelines together with a full suite of communications assets spanning digital channels, marketing collateral, presentations, templates and internal engagement materials.

ResultThe refreshed Gate One brand was launched through an internal engagement programme before being rolled out across client communications, marketing materials and digital channels.
The new identity provided the consultancy with a stronger strategic position, a more consistent communications platform and a distinctive visual system capable of supporting continued business growth.
Today, Gate One continues to present a clear and differentiated proposition centred on helping organisations deliver meaningful business transformation and Change that Counts. Gate One Consulting
