ContextAjeej Capital is an institutional investment group operating across public and private markets, with a conviction-led approach focused on emerging economies and the Middle East.
The group had evolved through four established investment businesses — Ajeej Capital, ADGI (Abu Dhabi Global Investors), Amplify and Cabrit — each with its own identity, market presence and legacy.
As the organisation developed, there was an opportunity to create a more unified group brand: one that could communicate the breadth of its investment capabilities clearly while preserving the institutional credibility and expertise built within the individual businesses.

ChallengeThe challenge was strategic rather than cosmetic. Ajeej Capital needed a clear group positioning, a coherent financial services brand architecture and a brand platform capable of bringing four distinct businesses together without losing the specialist capabilities they represented.
Investors, partners and stakeholders needed to understand quickly how the businesses related to one another, what Ajeej Capital stood for and how its public and private market capabilities formed part of one investment proposition.
The task was therefore to simplify the structure, establish a distinctive market position and create an identity capable of supporting a growing investment organisation across the UAE and wider international markets.

SolutionWorking closely with Ajeej Capital's leadership team, Aeron developed a unified brand strategy and positioning designed to bring greater clarity and purpose to the group.
At the heart of the work was the positioning:
Driving Transformative Impact.
The proposition expressed Ajeej Capital's approach to investing — combining conviction, discipline and long-term capital allocation to unlock opportunity and sustainable growth across emerging markets.
A central part of the engagement was the development of a new brand architecture. Ajeej Capital became the masterbrand, supported by four clearly defined investment capabilities: Ajeej Public Equity, Ajeej Public Debt, Ajeej Private Debt and Ajeej Venture Capital. This brought the former ADGI, Amplify and Cabrit businesses into one coherent structure while creating greater clarity for investors and a scalable platform for future development.
The strategy was then translated into a refined visual and verbal identity, brand guidelines and a new digital presence. Aeron designed and developed the new website to communicate the group's positioning, investment philosophy and capabilities clearly, while establishing a platform for future insight-led content and SEO. A brand film was also developed to bring Ajeej Capital's purpose and long-term investment perspective to life through a calm, considered narrative.

ResultThe work brought four investment businesses together under one clearly defined Ajeej Capital masterbrand, supported by a coherent architecture spanning public equity, public debt, private debt and venture capital.
The new positioning, identity and digital platform give Ajeej Capital a more consistent way to communicate its investment philosophy, capabilities and purpose to investors, partners and stakeholders. The website and brand film provide the first public expression of the unified group, while the brand architecture and management framework create a foundation designed to evolve as the organisation grows.
By aligning brand strategy, architecture, identity and digital communications, Ajeej Capital now presents a more unified proposition across public and private markets while retaining the specialist expertise of its underlying investment capabilities.
