ContextAgthia is a major Abu Dhabi-based food and beverage group with a diverse portfolio of businesses and brands operating across the UAE and wider international markets.
As the organisation grew, aligning employees behind a common ambition became increasingly important. Agthia wanted its people to understand not only the Group's Vision 2020, but also their individual and collective role in delivering it.
The opportunity was to translate corporate strategy into an engaging internal programme capable of connecting employees across different businesses, functions, locations and cultures.

ChallengeCorporate visions only create value when people throughout an organisation understand what they mean and how they contribute to delivering them.
For Agthia, the challenge was to turn its Vision 2020 from a corporate strategy into something meaningful and motivating for employees across a large and diverse organisation.
The programme needed to communicate a clear leadership narrative, create a sense of shared purpose and provide an ongoing platform for internal communications rather than becoming a one-off corporate initiative.

SolutionWorking closely with Agthia's leadership team, Aeron created a comprehensive brand engagement and internal communications programme entitled:
Agthia 2020 – Further More Together (FMT)
The idea provided a unifying platform for communicating Agthia's future ambition while emphasising the collective contribution of employees across the organisation.
Aeron developed the programme strategy, name and visual identity, together with comprehensive guidelines and an integrated suite of internal communications.
The programme was brought to life through a dedicated brand film, employee packs, ongoing internal communications and annual awards, creating multiple opportunities for employees to engage with the organisation's vision and recognise achievements across the business.
A major launch event introduced Further More Together to employees, turning the programme into a visible and shared expression of Agthia's future direction.

ResultFurther More Together provided Agthia with a coherent internal platform for communicating its Vision 2020 and engaging employees around a shared organisational ambition.
Rather than treating internal communications as a one-off launch, the programme created an ongoing framework spanning communications, recognition, events and employee engagement.
The initiative helped galvanise the organisation around a renewed sense of purpose and provided Agthia with practical tools for maintaining momentum as the Group continued to evolve and grow.
