Contextflynas is a Saudi Arabian low-cost airline serving domestic and international destinations. As the airline expanded its network, invested in its fleet and introduced new services including a dedicated Business Class cabin, its brand needed to evolve alongside the business.
The airline was operating across an increasingly broad mix of customer touchpoints, markets and communications partners. Maintaining a recognisable and consistent brand across aircraft, advertising, digital channels and customer communications therefore became increasingly important.

ChallengeThe challenge was to create a coherent brand framework capable of supporting a fast-growing airline across multiple markets and communications channels.
International advertising, digital, print and media agencies needed clear guidance on how the flynas brand should look, sound and behave, while still allowing sufficient flexibility for local campaigns and creative execution.
The work therefore needed to go beyond visual identity. flynas required a comprehensive airline branding and brand management system covering communications, advertising, digital applications, aircraft livery and customer-facing materials.

SolutionWorking alongside Saudi partner Charisma, Aeron helped develop a comprehensive brand system for flynas spanning strategy, consumer insight, naming, visual and verbal identity, launch planning and campaign development.
The identity was translated into a rigorous set of brand guidelines designed to provide clarity and consistency across international communications. These covered the core visual and verbal identity, imagery, advertising, digital applications, aircraft livery and campaign standards, giving internal teams and external agencies a shared framework for applying the brand.
The resulting system allowed flynas to maintain a recognisable identity across diverse markets while providing the flexibility needed for advertising, digital communications and future brand activation.

ResultThe brand system provided flynas with a consistent framework that could be used by multiple international advertising, digital, print and media agencies as the airline continued to expand.
The guidelines helped create greater consistency across customer communications, aircraft, advertising and digital channels, while establishing a stronger platform for ongoing airline marketing and brand management.
flynas subsequently received a number of industry awards, including recognition at the World Travel Awards and CMO Asia Golden Awards.
